Terms of Service

These terms govern all wholesale and quotation inquiries submitted to YANSER Hardware and Seals. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you confirm you are acting in a business capacity.All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted EXW Shenzhen or FOB Guangzhou in USD. Payment terms: 30 percent T/T deposit, balance against copy of B/L for orders above USD 5,000.Minimum order quantities vary by product and are confirmed in each quotation. Custom OEM orders require full prepayment. Orders once confirmed and production started cannot be cancelled; changes may incur fees.Product specifications may vary within manufacturing tolerances. Catalogs and website descriptions are for reference only. Force majeure events excuse delivery delays.Any dispute will be resolved through friendly negotiation first, failing which by Shenzhen International Arbitration Centre.
